How do I book an appointment?+
Choose a treatment, nail artist, day and time. Sign in, check the details and confirm. Your confirmation appears in your dashboard.
How can I cancel?+
You can cancel from My appointments up to 12 hours before your visit. After that, please arrange directly with the salon.
When do I pay?+
This version uses payment at the salon. No real payment gateway or text messaging service is connected.
When do I receive my points?+
Points are added once the salon confirms your treatment is complete. Cancelled bookings do not earn points.
Can I bring my own nail art idea?+
Of course. Save a look in the gallery or describe it in your booking note. Feasibility, time and the final price are discussed before treatment.
