Your privacy matters

In this version, your name, email, optional phone number and birthday, bookings and reward points are stored in a database in the website hosting environment. Passwords are securely hashed. Essential cookies support authentication and request protection. No third-party advertising or analytics is enabled. Ask the website administrator to correct or delete your data. Before commercial use, the data controller details, contact route, retention periods and applicable local requirements must be completed. Preferences, palettes, saved articles, reminders and daily activities including an optional mood and note are stored in the same database. Notes are not public; the technical administrator can access local stored data. Colour votes are shown as aggregate counts. The PWA caches public pages and visual assets only; account pages and API responses are not stored by its service worker. Waiting-list requests, account updates and visit feedback are also stored in the local database. Feedback is private by default; only with your permission can your display name and review become public after moderation. Editing a review returns it to moderation. A booking draft keeps only treatment and artist IDs, day and step in this tab’s sessionStorage for two hours; it does not store notes, gift codes or contact details.
