Your appointment preparation checklist
References, timing, prices and a few questions worth asking before treatment starts.

Separate inspiration from an exact request
Pick two references: one for colour and one for a design detail. Say what matters most: shape, length, a tiny flower or simply the overall palette. This version’s gallery uses AI concepts and does not guarantee the same result on every nail. Feasibility is discussed in consultation.
Mention your existing set
If your current set was applied elsewhere, mention it when booking. Removing an existing product or creating intricate art may not fit the selected treatment’s time. Use the listed duration for initial planning and agree extras in advance.
Ask a simple hygiene question
AAD’s manicure and pedicure safety guidance highlights clean work areas and properly prepared tools. Ask how tools are cleaned and disinfected and how the station is prepared between clients. Asking about the process is a reasonable part of choosing a service.
Put the appointment in your calendar
My Calendar shows the day and booking reference. Download the calendar file and add it to your phone; reminders depend on your calendar app’s settings. This version sends no automatic SMS or external notifications. Remember the 12-hour online cancellation deadline.
